Terms of Service
1. Agreement & Engagement Overview
By engaging Ranantesh ("Service Provider") for technical development, custom software engineering, API integration, or SaaS platform construction, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all milestone deliverables, code ownership, technical SLAs, and communication protocol.
2. Services Provided
Services executed include, but are not limited to:
- Custom Responsive Website & Web Application Engineering
- E-Commerce Storefront & Payment Gateway Setup
- 10-30 Minute Quick Commerce Hyperlocal Delivery Networks
- Custom RESTful & GraphQL API Architecture (including MTPS API Engine)
- Custom High-Performance WordPress Plugin Development
- Cross-Platform Mobile Apps (Flutter & React Native)
- CRM Solutions & Lead Pipeline Automation
- WhatsApp Cloud API Integration & Chatbot Broadcast Systems
- 24/7 AI Customer Support & RAG Vector Database Bots
3. 100% Full Source Code Ownership Handover
Upon final project milestone completion and full invoice settlement, the Client receives 100% full, unencumbered ownership of all custom source code, Git repository access, database schemas, and server configurations created during the project engagement. There are zero ongoing license fees or vendor lock-in restrictions.
4. Milestone Payments, Hourly Rate & Billing Currency
Projects are billed on a structured milestone basis (e.g., 40% Kickoff Deposit, 30% Mid-Point Staging Review, 30% Production Handover). For hourly billing or mid-sprint scope calculations, the standard engineering rate is capped at $19 per hour or the pre-decided project rate, whichever is lower. Pricing is presented dynamically in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) for domestic clients in India and US Dollars ($ USD) for international clients. Payments are accepted via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wire Transfers, and approved payment gateways.
5. Post-Launch Technical SLA, Warranty & Code Modification Exclusion
We stand by the quality of our code. Every sprint includes iterative revisions to ensure delivered code matches the technical scope agreed upon during project kickoff. If technical defects or bugs arise within the 30-day post-launch warranty period, they are rectified at zero additional cost.
Warranty Exclusion Clause: The 30-day free warranty applies exclusively to original codebase modifications executed directly by Ranantesh. Any code altered, modified, edited, or overwritten post-handover by the client, third-party developers, or AI generation tools will void free warranty coverage. If issues are caused by third-party, client, or AI modifications, troubleshooting and repair services will be billed as agreed or at $19 per hour (whichever is lower).
6. Client Responsibilities & Content Approvals
The Client is responsible for providing necessary brand assets, API credentials, third-party keys, and timely milestone reviews during development. Delays in asset provision or review feedback may adjust the project delivery schedule accordingly.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both parties agree to hold all proprietary code, database credentials, business metrics, and trade secrets in strict confidence. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed upon client request prior to project commencement.
8. Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellations and deposit refunds are handled according to our dedicated Refund Policy. For mid-sprint cancellations, completed hours up to the cancellation date are charged at $19 per hour or the pre-decided rate, whichever is lower, and all remaining unspent funds are promptly refunded.
