Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Kickoff 100% Money-Back Guarantee

If you submit a cancellation request prior to formal project kickoff, initial codebase setup, or solution architecture design, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of your initial deposit with zero cancellation penalties.

2. Milestone-Based Cancellation Rules

For active software development projects structured into milestone sprints:

• Completed & Approved Milestones: Payments made for milestones that have been reviewed, approved, and handed over on staging servers are non-refundable.
• In-Progress Milestones: If a cancellation is requested mid-sprint, completed engineering hours up to the cancellation date are calculated (charged at $19 per hour or the pre-decided hourly rate, whichever is lower), and all remaining unspent funds are promptly refunded.
• Future Unstarted Milestones: Any advance funds held for unstarted future milestones are 100% fully refunded.

3. Satisfaction, Quality Assurance & Warranty Terms

We stand by the quality of our code. Every sprint includes iterative revisions to ensure delivered code matches the technical scope agreed upon during project kickoff. If technical defects or bugs arise within the 30-day post-launch warranty period, they are rectified at zero additional cost.

Code Modification Exclusion: Any code modified, altered, or overwritten post-handover by the client, third-party developers, or AI tools is excluded from free warranty coverage. Fixing code breakages resulting from client, third-party, or AI edits will be billed as agreed or at $19 per hour (whichever is lower).

4. Exclusions & Third-Party Service Costs

Fees paid directly to third-party providers (such as domain registrars, cloud hosting servers, Meta WhatsApp API conversation charges, or payment gateway setup fees) are subject to the respective third party's policies and are non-refundable through Ranantesh.

5. Refund Request Process & Processing Timelines

To request a refund or project cancellation:

1. Submit a written cancellation notice stating your booking reference code to contact@ranantesh.in or via WhatsApp to +91 8170982777.
2. Your request will be acknowledged within 24 business hours.
3. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
